Personalisation example
Easy to give. Choose your voucher and message us on WhatsApp. We confirm the names, message and details, then send you a payment link. Within one working day after payment is confirmed, you receive your personalised digital voucher via WhatsApp or email, with a unique code, ready to pass on. Vouchers are valid until 31 December of the year of purchase. The exact date is printed on the issued voucher.

This site presents Shotăria, its menu, vouchers and private events. A WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a confirmed booking. Availability, the total price, payment and terms are confirmed in writing before purchase. This website does not process card payments.
Private events Four hours of exclusive use cost 1,000 lei for 15–20 guests, including the space, lighting setup, sound system, customisable screen and bartender. Exclusive use ends by 20:00; guests may stay during regular opening hours without exclusivity. Drinks and tapas are separate.
Rescheduling and cancellation Rescheduling is free when requested at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancelling the space booking at least 72 hours in advance allows a full refund. For later cancellations, only explained, justified non-recoverable costs and booking losses may be retained, up to the booking amount paid; there is no automatic 100% penalty. If Shotăria cancels, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling. Collaborators’ tapas and other services are contracted separately with terms disclosed and accepted before payment. Statutory withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
Complaints Contact us by email with the order reference and the issue. Do not send card details. Information is available from ANPC and alternative dispute resolution . Mandatory consumer rights and access to competent courts are not restricted.

We use contact and enquiry details for quotations and contracts (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), legal records (c), and necessary security, voucher fraud prevention and legal claims (legitimate interests, f). Recipient names and gift messages are optional and may be supplied by the purchaser. Event screen materials are used for the agreed event, not automatically for advertising. We do not request card details or identity documents for ordinary voucher purchases.
Recipients and retention Authorised staff and relevant hosting (Hostico / Awesome Projects SRL), email, communications, accounting and payment providers may process necessary data, as may authorities when legally required. Data is kept as needed for the enquiry, contract, statutory records and claims, then deleted or anonymised. Personalisation materials are not retained for promotion without a separate legal basis. WhatsApp, Gmail, Maps and social services have their own policies and may process data outside the EEA under applicable safeguards.
Your rights Contact croitoriadeshoturi@gmail.com to exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection as applicable. Consent can be withdrawn where it is the legal basis. We normally respond within one month, subject to lawful extensions and notice. You may complain to ANSPDCP . There are no solely automated decisions with legal effects.
Cookies The site sets no advertising or analytics cookies and contains no tracking pixels or embedded maps/social feeds. Media is served locally; language follows the URL. Hosting may process technical logs for delivery and security. External links are opened at your choice under their providers’ policies. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Use and delivery 150 and 300 lei vouchers are credit for a single visit. Unused value cannot be carried forward. Spending above the voucher value is paid separately. Statutory refunds are unaffected. The 1,000 lei voucher provides four hours of exclusive use and the event facilities for 15–20 guests, excluding drinks and tapas. Dates require availability confirmation before payment.
Vouchers expire on 31 December of the purchase year; the exact date is disclosed before payment and printed on the voucher. Personalised digital delivery is via WhatsApp or email within one working day after payment is confirmed. Names and messages are agreed before payment. A unique code is assigned on issue and checked on redemption. Website mockups have no monetary value.
Withdrawal and refunds For distance contracts, the 14-day statutory withdrawal right applies where required by Romanian OUG 34/2014. Send an unequivocal statement to croitoriadeshoturi@gmail.com, identifying yourself and the order/date. Refunds follow statutory deadlines, normally within 14 days of notice, by the original payment method unless otherwise agreed at no cost. Refunded codes are cancelled.
Sending a PDF or adding a name does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Early performance requires the applicable express request and disclosures. Exceptions for services on a specific date/period are assessed for the actual contract and disclosed before payment, not automatically applied to undated vouchers. Event cancellation/rescheduling follows the Terms. Contact us with the order reference for lost codes or delivery problems.
